| Minimum Required Qualification: |

- Be in a Possession of Grade 12 Mathematics and Physical Science 40% minimum or
- Be in a possession of N3 engineering Mathematics and physical Science 40 % minimum
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determinednby a risk base medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
| Advantageous Qualifications: |

- 18-35 years of age(in support of Government’s Youth Development Programme)
- must be residing In Marikana Area
| Key Responsibilities: |
|---|
- Ensure that programme objectives and tasks are associated tasks are well understood and successfully complete (75% minimum pass rate). Completion of all phases of the development programme within the specified timeframe. Escalation of queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where necessary. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Discipline Specific Duties • Adhere to Mine and Technical Services standards and procedures. Perform all assigned tasks.
