PURPOSE: To coordinate and lead the Contact Centre Helpdesk team to achieve business objectives by meeting targets while focusing on client service; ensuring that a high quality service is delivered to all Capitec Bank branches.

Purpose Statement
- To coordinate and lead the Contact Centre Helpdesk team to achieve business objectives by meeting targets while focusing on client service; ensuring that a high quality service is delivered to all Capitec Bank branches.
Experience
- To be developed
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- A relevant degree in Management or Commerce
Knowledge
Min:
- Leadership best practices
- People management principles
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Contact centre environment
Ideal:
- Capitec Bank products, processes and systemsHR principles and processes
- Knowledge of contact centre systems / ticket management system e.g. Avaya and STrack
Skills
- Communications Skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Problem solving skills
- Analytical Skills
- Reporting Skills
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Willing to work regular shifts or weekends or rotational standbys
