Ctrack, in partnership with Youth Employment Service (YES), is committed to creating diverse workplace opportunities for young individuals. The joint efforts aim to reduce unemployment rates and empower South African youth by equipping them with essential skills and providing meaningful workplace experiences. These initiatives significantly enhance their prospects of securing long-term employment.
BUILDING & FACILITIES ASSISTANT YES4Youth Programme
Who can apply?
- Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4Youth initiative.
- Aged between 18 and 29
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must reside close to the workplace area
- Must not have a criminal record.
- Must be able to start employment 1 June 2024.
- Highest Qualification to be Grade 12
- Qualification aligned to the position would be an advantage
Duration?
- 12-months
How much will you earn?
- R4900 stipend monthly
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day building operations, including clearing common areas, supervising the grounds, maintaining equipment, and conducting inventories.
- Duties will include, maintaining of essential systems like plumbing and lighting.
- Attending to the grounds, maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance to entryways and outdoor areas.
- Taking inventory of supplies and goods.
