A candidate attorney required to work for the Makuse Attorneys firm located in Alberton. Makuse Attorneys specializes in Road accident fund claims, Divorces, Custody matters, Maintenance, Labour law, Deceased estates, Criminal matters, bail applications, Corporate and commercial law. The candidate will gain experience in court appearances, drafting, consultations and research. The job requires extensive research skills and drafting. The candidate will be required to register the articles and also register for the practical training.
The position will provide the candidate with exposure to criminal and civil litigation in various Magistrates Courts and High Court in Gauteng.
