Candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated aptitude for working well with people, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:
- Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Management (Essential)
- Driver’s license (Essential)
- Own Vehicle (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly analytical and action orientated
- Resourceful organiser and planning aptitude
- Strong administration skills
- SDF Qualification (Advantageous)
- Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment, willingness to take initiative and to understand the business and add value where needed.
- An aptitude for problem solving.
- A strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Must be resourceful, responsible, tenacious, curious, independent, confident and high energy.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to the following):
- Receive exposure in all aspects of People Management including Learning and Development.
- Assist with value-adding People Management projects.
- Compile analytical information.
- Assist with Learning and Development reporting.
- Assist with payroll submissions.
- Willing to travel throughout the country to conduct site visits
