Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years’ call centre or Customer Care Experience
- Computer proficiency(MS office, Skype and SAP)
- Literacy in SAP applications (C3, CICO, GIS, etc.)
- Fully bilingual in at least 2 official languages of the Western Cape
- Must be willing to work shifts
Key Performance Areas
- Attend to all customer interactions in a consistent and accurate manner
- Solve customer queries efficiently and appropriately
- Resolve a minimum of 80% of customer complaints and queries.
- Act as a buddy to new staff and transfer of knowledge
- Efficient logging of calls via SAP
- Build relationships with department within the City
