To process general ledger, journals, creditors, petty cash, bank reconciliations, electronic bank fund transfers and inter
company statements for TMS.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– Capturing and controlling of all journal entries
– Prepare journal entries for sundry ledger adjustments
– Reconcile loan amounts, investigate and clear differences
– Reconcile and control accounts with subsidiary trail balances, investigate and clear differences
– Approved capex matched to invoices
– Fixed Assets verified are updated and can be audited
– Management reports on fixed assets
– Download fix asset register to general ledger
– Notify users of assets expiring and organise replenishments
– Accounts balanced
– Preparation of journals and documentation
– Posting journals to general ledger
– Provisions and accruals
– Inter-company documents prepared
– Respond to queries form intercompanies
– Software systems problems sorted out
– Assist staff with queries

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Experience
- 4 years bookkeeping experience
- Experienced in trail balance
