The Amandla Omoya Trust Bursary Programme 2026
The Amandla Omoya Trust is offering individuals the opportunity to pursue post-school studies at accredited South African tertiary education or training institutions. This includes public and private TVET colleges, universities of technology, and academic universities. These bursary programmes are managed by StudyTrust.
Who can apply
Applications are invited from individuals who intend to or are currently studying towards a qualification in technicaland skills training (such as boiler making, fitter and turner or plumbing etc.), training programmes, nationalcertificates, national diplomas, or degree programmes. Those who have previously completed their NSC or NTC butare not currently studying are also encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Not older than 35 years
- Must reside within 50km radius of the Jeffreys Bay Wind farm
- Must be accepted to study at any recognised public or private South African tertiary education or training institution
- Matriculation is a requirement
NB: Bursaries can include full tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses and study materials.
