REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

  1. Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

  1. 1-year sales and administration experience.
  2. Parts sales experience is essential.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

  1. Ensure stable availability of stock by ordering stock in line with branch procedure.
  2. Conduct regular stock counting and stocktaking.
  3. Responsible for stock control and stock rotation of old stock and new stock.
  4. Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
  5. Identify and timeously resolve customer queries and complaints.
  6. Ensure accurate cash balancing.
  7. Ensure that payments of accounts are timeously processed and collect payments by accepting cash, credit cards, etc.
  8. Process sales and returns in accordance with the established procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with risk and safety legislation requirements.
  10. Ensure that stock is kept in a safe condition
