WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE YOUNG TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

  • Working for Africa’s largest Refiner, Smelter and Fabricator of precious metals;
  • The best practical learning environment guided by a structured development plan;

  • Work-readiness training and development.

DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT WHEN UPLOADING YOUR APPLICATION

  • 2 page CV;
  • Certified copy of your ID document;
  • Certified copy of your Matric qualification;
  • Certified copies of both your academic record and qualification(s);
  • Kindly complete a MS Excel spreadsheet that will be used to confirm your aggregate achieved cumulatively over all the years of study. Please ensure that it is also attached as part of your application. Please note that any applications that do not accompany this MS Excel document will not be considered.
  • The following are the guidelines for completing the MS Excel spreadsheet :
    • Step 1—Add ALL module names (courses) and percentages achieved for qualifications attained (i.e. ALL module percentages for National Diploma + BTech./Advanced Diploma + Honours/ Postgraduate Diploma + Masters Degree/ MTech);
    • Step 2—Count the number of modules you have completed throughout ALL tertiary qualifications attained;
    • Step 3—Sum of ALL modules completed divided by number of modules completed will then give you your total aggregate. 

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • A completed Matric qualification.
  • Must have successfully completed the following qualifications, with an overall average of 75% achieved:
    • BCom. in SCM/ Logistics Management;
    • Bachelor of Laws;
    • BCom in Finance/ Economics;
    • Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology;
    • BCom Honours in Finance/ Management Accounting;
    • BTech./ National Diploma in IT (with focus on Networks and Data Analytics)
