This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your understanding of client relationship management i.e. Relationship Managers and Young Professionals.

- Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation. These rotations are face to face, and includes face to face immersion, i.e. connect, learn and perform these tasks under the supervision of the Coaches.
- In support of the face-to-face work immersion, you are required to complete relevant training to support your development. Training will be available online, face to face meetings and face to face classroom sessions.
- At the end of the rotations, you are required to achieve all milestones as per Job Description and Performance Contract.
Qualifications
FAIS accredited Honours qualification in:
- LLB
- Actuarial Science
- Engineering
- Medical
- BCom (General)
Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.
Additional Information
Minimum requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months
- Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies
