Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- No experience required
- Applicants will go through a selection process, and when successful be placed accordingly
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support.
- Assist with job evaluation/grading
- Assist with the scheduling of job analysis and grading sessions, Job Profiling Committee and OD team meetings etc.
- Assist in developing change management strategies and plans
