OPERATIONS TRAINEES

PLANT & RAIL TRAINEES

12 months training program consisting of:

1. Theory and Practical Training;
2. On-the-plant experience;
3. Operating key plant machinery;
4. You will be required to undergo Psychometric and Medical assessments

Minimum requirements
Matric or NTC3

Skills

1. Physically fit, prepared to operate heavy industrial equipment
2. Able to lift and move heavy objects
3. Not be afraid of heights
4. Be 21 years of age or older
5. Prepared to work 12 hour shifts (06h00–18h00 and 18h00–06h00)
6. Able to work independently and in a team environment
7. Be prepared to work in all adverse weather conditions or exposure to sun, rain, wind and humidity
8. Positive Attitude to work and be supervised
9. Self Motivated.
