Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF educational qualification
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Clear security screening record.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Relevant experience in a relevant environment
Responsibilities
- • Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks.
- Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified timeframe.
- Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where required.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all legal and safety requirements.
- Conduct all work according to the required standard, specifications, and training.
- Attend SHE meetings as and when required.
- Ensure that the prescribed safety equipment is worn and/ or used.
- Recognize hazardous situations that have an impact on all jobs and participate in “on the job” risk assessment.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Compile developmental progress reports for progress discussion with the relevant stakeholder.
- Report all inconsistencies and obstacles.
- Report and communicate ideas and recommendations
