Minimum Requirements
Education and Qualification

  1. Two year Secretarial Qualification/Office Administration Qualification
  2. Computer Skills/Literacy
  3. A valid Driver’s License

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. General Office Administration
  2. Overall responsibility for Stationery and supplies management
  3. Manage and maintain Boardrooms and Reception
  4. Organize schedules, team meetings, and events, both in-office and virtually.
  5. Secretarial Services
  6. Answering phone calls, managing emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel
  7. Creation of Purchase orders and processing on JD Edwards system
  8. Travel Arrangements
  9. Event Planning
  10. General Meeting Coordination
  11. Minute taking
  12. Performing data entry tasks and preparing regular reports for management review.
