Momentum is offering an exciting HR Learnership opportunity for unemployed youth who want to gain valuable workplace experience while studying towards a Certificate in Long-Term Insurance (NQF Level 4). This programme combines structured learning with hands-on training in the financial services industry.
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• A tertiary qualification is an added advantage.
• Must not be studying or formally employed.
• Must not have completed a previous learnership.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel & MS Outlook).
• Must be available to start immediately.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As an HR Learnership participant, you will gain exposure to various HR and business functions while developing practical workplace skills. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
