Massmart Graduate Degree Internship Programme 2024 For Unemployed South Africans
Massmark offers a 12-month programme that provides work experience in specific areas with critical skills within the organisation. You will gain valuable work experience, explore career paths and be able to network with professionals in the field of study. During this time, you will be based in one of Massmart Retail Stores (Nationally) (Gauteng, Limpopo, Free State, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Western Cape or KwaZulu-Natal) and be exposed to the world of retail.
In addition to a qualification combined with relevant work experience, you’ll also gain business, personal, and technical retail skills you can use across the business and throughout your career journey.
Requirements
- Completed a minimum of a Degree (BCom Retail Management, BCom General or BCom Business Management) qualification
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (August ‘24 – July ‘25)
- Should not be registered on a SETA funded internship currently
- Available and willing to work retail hours and on a fixed-term 12-month contract
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong potential in the following areas:
