Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund (LPFF) Bursaries for academic year 2026
The Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund invites South African students to apply for the LPFF Bursary Programme for the 2026 and 2027 academic year.
Requirements
Undergraduate students
- South African citizens or permanent residents
- Must have completed Matric
- Must be in 2nd or 3rd year of LLB studies
- Must be studying at a recognised South African university
- Must have 2 or fewer years remaining to complete the LLB
- Preference given to financially needy and academically strong students
Postgraduate Law Students:
- South African citizens or permanent residents
- Must be a practising attorney or candidate attorney
- Must have completed a relevant undergraduate law qualification (e.g. BA Law, B Com Law, BProc, or revised 4-year LLB)
- Must be studying at a recognised South African university
HOW LONG IS THE BURSARY FOR
- A bursary can be awarded for a maximum period of two years at a South African University.
- A bursary shall only be applied towards the tuition fees of a recipient.
