Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

  •National Diploma/ National Diploma in Engineering/ Land Survey/ Property Valuation/ Town and Regional Planning/ Property Law/ Conveyancing at NQF6 with 240 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

  •3 years Property related experience

  •Property law
  •Deeds office system
  •Contract and deeds law
  •Standards, processes and procedures
  •Environmental legislation and sciences
  •Cost benefit and financial analysis
  •Land survey
  •Agriculture practices
  •Survey general office system
  •Expropriation Ac

  •Report writing

  •Communication and interpersonal

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate route and site selection processes for power lines and substation sites.
•Establish land values and negotiate with landowners.
•Manage land and rights projects and conclude transactions.
•Protect Eskom services and land.
•Ensure compliance to legislation and adherence to conditions of other rights in land
