Minimum Requirements

1. NQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant field (as recognised by SAQA).
2. Computer literacy.

Duties

1. Provide a grant customer care service.
2. Screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance.
3. Administer medical bookings and assessments.
4. Provide off-site grant application services to clients.
5. Scan and batch grant files.
