Senior Court Interpreter — Ref No: 2025/53/MP

• Salary: R325 101 – R382 959 p.a.

• Requirements:
  • Grade 12 + National Diploma in Legal Interpreting (or equivalent) + 3 years’ experience in court interpreting.
  • OR Grade 12 with 10 years’ interpreting experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Proficiency in English and at least two indigenous languages: SiSwati, Xitsonga, Sepedi.
• Skills: Communication, computer literacy, time management, problem-solving, confidentiality.
• Duties:
  • Render interpreting and translation services.
  • Develop terminology and assist with reconstruction of court records.
  • Capture data on ICMS.
  • Supervise other interpreters.
