Casual General Worker Job Vacancy At Montego

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role goes beyond any one task — when you’re called in, your duties may include but aren’t limited to:

1. Assisting with loading and unloading goods
2. Packing, sorting and moving stock manually
3. Preparing and packing pallets
4. Lift and carry dog food bags (up to 40kg) as required
5. General cleaning, tidying and organising of work areas
6. Helping with general tasks throughout the production process and within the treats facility
7. Labelling and packaging products

A Few Important Terms:

1. This is NOT permanent work — there is no offer of full-time employment
2. Work is temporary and casual — we’ll contact you when needed based on operational requirements
3. No guaranteed hours or fixed schedule
4. You’ll only be paid for the hours you actually work

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

1. Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
2. Live in Graaff-Reinet – availability on short notice is key
3. Must be currently unemployed

3. A good communicator with basic reading and writing skills
