Responsibilities
- Undergoing learner readiness (Pre-learning) assessments as and when required.
RPL assessment process
Gap Training and Final Assessment ( Trade Test)
- Attend all the training classes according training schedule (days and times)
- Submit, within the agreed time frames of the training programme, all assignments.
- Must complete the programme (classroom training, submissions, practical application)
- Ensure that he/she does not miss any session(s) or neglect any responsibilities as a learner without any serious cause.
- Willing to co-sign with the line manager the letter of commitment to the training
- Promptly communicate any learning concerns to the course facilitator and HR personnel
- Complete and Sign Learning Programme contract
Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Trade Test
- N3 in mechanical and electrical engineering studies
