Required Tasks:
Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and closing deals? Altron FinTech – NuPay is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive business growth by offering innovative debit order and point-of-sale solutions to clients across key markets.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales & gross profit targets through strategic sales initiatives.
- Drive new business development by identifying and converting leads into long-term clients.
- Market NuPay’s full suite of payment solutions and ensure clients are trained and onboarded efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within a growing client base.
- Prepare proposals, manage documentation, and ensure all contracts are completed correctly.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, admin, billing, account management) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends and monitor competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Matric (essential)
- 3–5 years of proven success in new business sales, preferably in the payments, fintech, or B2B services space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cold-calling skills.
