Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: No previous experience required.
  • Skills:
    1. Interpersonal relations
    2. Computer skills
    3. Planning and organization
    4. Good verbal and written communication
    5. Flexibility and teamwork
  • Knowledge:
    1. Planning and reporting practices
    2. Clerical duties and data capture
    3. Legislative framework governing public service

Duties:

  1. Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
  2. Maintain filing systems and correspondence registers.
  3. Prepare procurement documents for office items and maintain stock control.
  4. Handle HR records and make photocopies.
