Job Description:

To support the accurate and timely administration of employee training records, both pre-employment and post-employment, across multiple systems.

  1. Training Records Administration – Monitor and diagnose issues in training record accuracy and completeness. – Capture and update employee training records in SAP and other systems. – Archive documentation in line with compliance standards.
  2. SAP System Support – Learn and apply SAP functionalities (Qualifications and Training Catalogues). – Analyse system data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  3. Bridging Recruitment and On-Mine Systems – Implement and refine SOPs for data transfer between recruitment and training systems. – Monitor data flow and diagnose inconsistencies.
  4. Filing and Archiving – Maintain structured filing systems and ensure compliance with data protection.
  5. Learning and Development – Participate in structured learning to build system administration skills. – Apply knowledge to improve operational processes and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

  1. Grade 12/N3/NQF 4 equivalent qualification
  2. HR/Training Diploma or Degree.

EXPERIENCE

Experience statement should include reference to:

  1. 1-2 years in administrative or data entry roles (preferred)
  2. Exposure to SAP or similar systems (advantageous)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  1. Understanding of training administration and data systems.
  2. Ability to monitor and diagnose operational issues in data processes.
  3. Knowledge of SAP Qualifications and Training Catalogues.
  4. Analytical skills to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  5. Attention to detail and process discipline.
