About the ProgrammeJoburg City Theatres (JCT), a municipal entity of the City of Johannesburg, is offering 20 learnership opportunities to unemployed youth.
The programme is designed to provide classroom training and workplace experience intechnical live event production , leading to an NQF Level 4 qualification .
Minimum Requirements
- Education : Grade 10, 11, or 12 (Highest standard passed)
- Age : 18–35 yearsMust be unemployed
- Must be a City of Johannesburg resident
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technical live event production
- Stipend
- R3,500.00 monthly
Required Documents

- Brief CVCertified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copies of certificates/results
- Proof of residence (e.g., letter from Ward Councillor)
