Joburg Child Welfare (ICW) is a beacon of hope for vulnerable children in need of protective care. Since 1909, JCW, a non-profit organisation (NPO), has been dedicated to providing abused, abandoned, neglected, orphaned, and vulnerable children with the love and support they deserve. Responsibilities
- Arrange and monitor schooling of children and youth
- Provide childcare functions of children and youth.
- Organise and implement recreational activities.
- Perform admin and support duties.
- Ensure that children and youth receive medical services
- Stakeholder management
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Qualifications in Child and Youth Care worker (not negotiable)
- Registered with SACSSP
- 1-2 years of experience
- Driver’s license
- Competency Requirements
- Knowledge
- Knowledge about Children’s Act, and all
- other relevarit Legislation
- Planning and Organisation Networking
